NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District, Davis County, Utah will hold a special Board of Trustees’ meeting, to approve a Public Involvement Contract pursuant to the District’s electronic meeting policy from the office of said District at 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah. It is expected that one or more members of the Board of Trustees will be participating be electronic communication. The board meeting will commence at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Interested parties who would like to join this meeting should notify Jalair Janke at Bountiful Irrigation District, 801-295-5573, before 4:00 PM Tuesday, December 27, 2022.

The agenda for the meeting consists of the following:

A. Manager’s Report (for discussion and approval)

Review bid or bids and approve a bid for a public Involvement contract for meter project.
Attach to board minutes a copy of email to board members considering third party review of bids (if necessary)
